This photograph really does give off emotion. The scene seems to me to be extremely lonely... haunting. Heartbreaking.

Fascinating use of symmetry. The reflections are quite beautiful, as is the use of the black and white. I'm immediately drawn to bw photographs over colour ones.

I think it's not so much of what's there.. it's more of what isn't there that makes me like this piece. It just seems so desolate. Almost pathetic, in a sense.

Nice photo. It could be better balanced (too dark on the right side and weeds in the bottom left corner grabbing too much attention) but stylistically very good.
